Practise it before it's real

A hard conversation goes wrong in one sentence. You soften the ask. You apologise for raising it. They push back and you let it go.

"I was just wondering if maybe we could get the reports in a bit earlier, if that's possible?"

Rewind lets you rehearse the conversation you actually have coming. Describe who you are talking to and what you need. Say it out loud. See the exact words where it slipped. Then rewind to that one moment and say it again.

Same person. Same mood. Same objections. Say the same thing and you get the same reaction. Say it better and their answer changes.
